Chapter Index

Muzuki put down the intelligence report and went to see Obito and the others who were training in the city’s Training Ground.

A few days ago, Obito and the other three had just formed a group to Six Paths City to ask Muzuki for guidance on Sage Art.

“Naruto is here again. Do you want to go see him with me?”

    Muzuki asked his disciples.

“Naruto? Did Minato-sensei bring him to Six Paths City to play?”

Obito stopped his training and asked curiously.

“Not the Naruto from our world, but that Uzumaki Naruto, right?”

Kakashi keenly noticed the ‘again’ in Muzuki’s words.

    “That’s right, it’s him.”

    Muzuki nodded in response.

“So it’s Big Brother Naruto, not Little Brother Naruto.”

    Obito looked enlightened.

“We definitely have to go! I want to ask about their world, and Big Brother Naruto must have something important to discuss, right?”

If Naruto was in trouble, Obito felt he had to help him out.

After all, Naruto had taught him Rasengan back then, even if he hadn’t fully learned it, the intention was there.

“I also want to understand their world.”

Rin Nohara followed up, also curious if there was a version of herself in Uzumaki Naruto’s world, and what that other her’s life was like.

“I want to go see too.”

Shisui requested to join the group.

Ninja from other worlds, and worlds similar to theirs, made Shisui somewhat curious.

Seeing that all four wanted to go, Muzuki quickly led them towards Rōran.

Under Muzuki’s full-speed travel, they quickly reached Rōran.

    “Shadow Clone Technique!”

Soon after entering Rōran, the sharp-eyed Obito saw an elderly person who needed help, and quickly created a Shadow Clone to assist the elder, while his main body continued to follow behind Muzuki.

Under Muzuki’s guidance, in just a few minutes, Obito saw Naruto, and a robust, dark-skinned Ninja standing beside him.

“Big Brother Naruto, long time no see!”

Obito quickly walked forward and greeted Naruto warmly.

Naruto was momentarily stunned, looking at Obito, who was slightly taller than him, walking towards him.

“Little Brother Obito, you’ve grown quite fast. You’re already as tall as me!”

Hearing the familiar ‘Big Brother Naruto,’ Naruto finally confirmed that this was the Obito he had met not long ago, and patted his shoulder.

“It’s alright, after all, seven years have passed.”

Obito was unfazed by this, then looked Naruto over.

“Big Brother Naruto, you’ve maintained yourself well. Seven years have passed, and you look exactly as I remember.”

“Ah, has seven years really passed on your side?!”

    Naruto looked shocked.

He hadn’t specifically kept track of time, but he was certain that at most, only two months had passed since he returned.

“Eh? So Big Brother Naruto, seven years haven’t passed on your side?!”

    Obito looked shocked.

Kakashi showed a strange expression; how did these two start looking more and more alike?

    “Wait, that means…”

Obito’s eyes lit up as he realized something: Uzumaki Naruto could also become Little Brother Naruto.

“Big Brother Naruto—oh, no, Naruto, how old are you this year?”

    Obito quickly asked.

“How old are you this year, Obito?”

Naruto recalled their conversation before parting and asked back.

    “Seventeen.”

    “Then I’m eighteen.”

    “I see.”

Obito looked disappointed; he had thought that after so much time, he would be older than Uzumaki Naruto.

“You blockhead, you idiot! Didn’t we come here to gather reinforcements? Why are you having a tea party and chatting here?”

Killer Bee asked Naruto in his unique rap style.

“Uncle Bee, I know that, but you don’t need to rush. After successfully arriving here, no matter how long you stay, only an instant will have passed when you return.”

Hearing Killer Bee’s words, Naruto quickly explained.

Due to time constraints, Naruto had come to Rōran with a ‘let’s just try’ mindset.

To get there quickly, he had been traveling with Nine-Tailed Chakra Mode and Breathing Technique Chakra Mode stacked together the whole way.

He hadn’t expected to succeed on his first try.

“Let’s trust Naruto for now. If that man is willing to help us, the probability of winning this war will greatly increase.”

Eight-Tails spoke from within the consciousness space.

Although it was their first encounter, Eight-Tails instantly sensed Muzuki’s extraordinary nature.

Muzuki not only had incredibly powerful Chakra himself, but also contained the Chakra of Nine-Tailed Beasts within his body.

Furthermore, Eight-Tails could feel the sense of recognition transmitted from those Chakras; this was the second man, after Six Paths Sage, to simultaneously gain the approval of all Nine-Tailed Beasts.

“What’s going on with this guy? He actually has so much of my Chakra inside him.”

On the other side, Nine-Tails also noticed the Tailed Beast Chakra within Muzuki’s body.

However, having traveled through time once before, Nine-Tails quickly understood what was happening: its counterpart in this world had acknowledged Muzuki.

But Nine-Tails did not communicate with Killer Bee like Eight-Tails did; instead, it fell into deep thought.

“Big Brother Muzuki, this time I actively triggered the Dragon Vein to come here. Uchiha Madara has started the Fourth Shinobi World War and wants to destroy the entire Ninja World…”

Naruto, with a serious expression, recounted the events of their world.

“Uchiha Madara, he actually lived that long!”

Obito looked surprised. He thought Uchiha Madara stirring up trouble in their world’s Third Shinobi World War was already disgusting enough.

He hadn’t expected that in Uzumaki Naruto’s world, Uchiha Madara could even instigate a Fourth Shinobi World War.

Obito felt fortunate that their world had Muzuki, otherwise, a new Shinobi World War would have erupted just over a decade after the Third Shinobi World War.

“Big Brother Muzuki, I believe our two worlds can unite and help each other eliminate crises.”

    Naruto continued.

If he were to travel back in time, to avoid confusing history, Naruto definitely wouldn’t travel to the past to find aid.

Since the two sides were not the same world, there were fewer reservations. Naruto felt that combining the two worlds would be very beneficial.

Although not completely identical, there were still many similarities, which meant that Muzuki and their world could learn from the experiences of Uzumaki Naruto’s world.

    “Inter-world travel isn’t that simple.”

Muzuki shook his head. He estimated that Naruto had established a connection with the Dragon Veins of both worlds, which allowed him to accurately travel to their location.

Moreover, facts proved that Dragon Vein travel was not very stable.

Not much time had passed in Uzumaki Naruto’s world, yet his travel had brought him directly to seven years later in their world.

“It’s fine if you can’t come over, Big Brother Muzuki. At least we can gain some more training time here.”

In fact, Naruto’s main purpose for traveling was not to find help, but to train.

Based on his previous experience, he could gain at least an additional month of training time.

With Muzuki’s guidance, his strength would surely improve within this month, allowing him to better cope with the war.

Naruto wasn’t afraid of war; what he feared was being unable to protect his comrades during the war.

“Big Brother Naruto, I don’t like to hear that. For Sage Muzuki, we must first believe, then believe even more!”

Obito felt that Naruto’s faith in Sage Muzuki had wavered.

“It should be possible to go, but I can’t bring too many people.”

Under Obito’s expectant gaze, Muzuki spoke.

Flying Thunder God Technique couldn’t cross worlds, but he had Celebi.

Celebi’s spatial-temporal power had reached the master level, and with Naruto as a living coordinate, it should be able to take people across.

While full cooperation between the two worlds was not feasible, occasionally acting as reinforcements was possible.

“Big Brother Muzuki, I’m truly grateful to you, but you don’t need to bring people to my world. For now, if you could just guide my Breathing Technique training for a period, that would be enough.”

Naruto thanked him with a smile.

Naruto’s idea was that if a large Ninja army could be formed, then the two worlds could combine their strengths and defeat Uchiha Madara together.

Just a few Ninja going over wouldn’t make much difference.

The moment he stepped out of the barrier, Naruto sensed tens of thousands of enemies, many of whom possessed powerful Chakra.

He couldn’t just let Muzuki bring a few Ninja to risk their lives and participate in the Fourth Shinobi World War just because they were kind.

“Don’t overthink it. I’m quite experienced in dealing with Uchiha Madara.”

Muzuki said with a faint smile.

For him now, even Uchiha Madara at his peak could be easily eliminated.

Only Six Paths Madara, as the Ten-Tails Jinchuriki, was worthy of being his opponent.

Moreover, the Uchiha Madara in Naruto’s words wasn’t even the real Uchiha Madara.

“Ahem, Big Brother Naruto, I must remind you, Uchiha Madara is Sage Muzuki’s defeated foe.”

Obito gave a light cough and recounted how Muzuki had killed Uchiha Madara during the Third Shinobi World War.

“As expected of Big Brother Muzuki, he’s amazing!” Naruto exclaimed, feeling that with Uchiha Madara, that scourge, gone, Muzuki’s world should be much better than theirs.

“Big Brother Naruto, don’t worry, no one is a match for Minato-sensei,” Obito said, then proceeded to tell Naruto about Muzuki’s feat of single-handedly defeating the combined elites of the Four Great Shinobi Villages.

He had seen Naruto’s concern that they might encounter danger, which was why he didn’t want them to go.

But there was no need to worry at all; Muzuki had long possessed the strength to end the Shinobi World War alone.

“Then I’ll trouble you. If you get injured in battle, please retreat quickly!” Naruto said with a solemn expression, thanking Muzuki, Obito, and the others, silently engraving this favor into his heart.

If Muzuki’s world ever faced a crisis, no matter how dangerous, Naruto would definitely come to help.

“Hello, Naruto. Could I trouble you to give me your hand?” Shisui asked, stepping forward once the support matter was settled.

“You are?” Naruto scratched his head with his left hand and extended his right hand to Shisui, asking.

“I am Uchiha Shisui. There seems to be something of ‘me’ inside your body.” Shisui grabbed Naruto’s hand, revealing an expression of ‘just as I thought’.

The moment he saw Naruto, Shisui sensed his Chakra within Naruto’s body.

He and Naruto had never met, so the Chakra inside Naruto could only have been left by the Shisui of another world.

However, according to Kakashi and their information, Naruto didn’t know any Ninja named Shisui.

Shisui was very curious about Naruto’s situation, but since Naruto and Muzuki were discussing important matters, Shisui didn’t interrupt.

“Ugh~” As Shisui channeled Chakra, Naruto suddenly made a retching motion, and then a black crow drilled out of Naruto’s mouth, appearing in everyone’s sight.

The crow immediately perched on Shisui’s shoulder the moment it appeared.

“Big Brother Naruto, how did you do that? Hiding emergency rations in your stomach?” Obito’s eyes widened, surprised that Naruto had actually spit out a live crow.

“Huh?” Naruto scratched his head blankly, also a little bewildered by the situation.

“I remember now, Itachi gave it to me.” Naruto thought hard, finally finding the source in a memory.

While searching for Sasuke, he had encountered Uchiha Itachi, who then subjected him to a genjutsu.

“Is that Uchiha Itachi who annihilated the Uchiha Clan? He must have intended to use you to cast a genjutsu,” Shisui said, his brow slightly furrowed at the mention of Itachi’s name. He grabbed the crow on his shoulder and felt the Mangekyo Sharingan on its eye.

“This wouldn’t happen to be ‘your’ Mangekyo Sharingan, Shisui, would it?” Obito noticed the abnormality in the crow’s eye.

“It should be. It seems the ‘me’ of another world was killed by Uchiha Itachi, and he took ‘my’ eye after killing ‘me’,” Shisui analyzed in a low voice.

Listening to Shisui’s words, Naruto hesitated.

Uchiha Madara had told him the truth about Uchiha Itachi, but Naruto wasn’t sure if the information Uchiha Madara provided was actually true.

In the end, Naruto still didn’t speak.

Even if everything Uchiha Madara said was true, Shisui was still correct: Uchiha Itachi did indeed kill the Shisui of his world, and this Mangekyo Sharingan was indeed in Uchiha Itachi’s hands.

“Shisui, you can try transplanting this eye. It should be able to upgrade your left eye to the Eternal Mangekyo Sharingan,” Muzuki said.

As an alternate self from another world, the compatibility would definitely be perfect, making failure almost impossible.

“Rin, could I trouble you to perform the transplant surgery for me?” Shisui nodded and looked at Rin Nohara, asking.

He naturally couldn’t miss the opportunity to easily enhance his strength right before his eyes. After becoming an Eternal Mangekyo user, his ocular power would be even stronger.

“Leave it to me,” Rin Nohara agreed with a smile.

Obito looked at Shisui with envy, getting an Eternal Mangekyo for free just by coming out.

“Oh, by the way, Big Brother Naruto, our worlds are actually different. Your world probably doesn’t have Minato-sensei and me, right?” Obito suddenly remembered that he had forgotten to mention the parallel worlds.

When Naruto first arrived, due to their lack of information, they both made incorrect judgments, believing they were the same world at different times.

“I know that. Our world indeed doesn’t have Big Brother Muzuki, but our world actually has you, Obito. I asked around about you guys after I went back,” Naruto explained.

“Huh? I exist?!” Obito showed a surprised expression, feeling a bit uneasy.

He wouldn’t have really died obscurely in the Third Shinobi World War, would he?

“In our world, you, Obito, are a Konoha war hero who sacrificed himself during the Third Shinobi World War to complete an important mission.” Obito immediately breathed a sigh of relief. He did die in the Third Shinobi World War, but at least he was a hero, not as bad as he had imagined.

“Kakashi, did you hear that? The me of another world isn’t mediocre; he’s a hero! If he hadn’t died young, he definitely would have had a chance to become Hokage.” Obito couldn’t help but look at Kakashi with a smug expression.

He had truly been scared by Kakashi earlier, worried that his other self was utterly mediocre and unknown.

“Is there any information about ‘me’?” Rin Nohara asked curiously, looking at Naruto.

“Also died in the Third Shinobi World War,” Naruto answered honestly.

“That’s truly a shame,” Rin Nohara sighed, feeling regret for her unseen self.

She had hoped to communicate with ‘herself’, but it seemed there would be no opportunity.

Obito and the others exchanged glances.

They had combined information from both worlds to deduce their respective causes of death, and they were actually correct, though it wasn’t their own causes of death, but those of their counterparts from another world.

“So, that means there’ll be a younger version of my brother here?” Killer Bee rubbed his chin, suddenly realizing something he hadn’t thought of.

“Bee, don’t forget, this world also has you,” Eight-Tails advised.

If Killer Bee provoked the young Fourth Raikage, and the Fourth Raikage couldn’t handle Killer Bee, could he not handle the young Killer Bee of this world?

“Idiot, bastard, the other me isn’t me. I’m the one and only Killer Bee!” Killer Bee hummed happily.

Eight-Tails was speechless, perhaps this was what they called unprovoked disaster.

“Since you want to cultivate first, it just so happens I’ve developed a new Sage Mode.” Muzuki glanced at Naruto’s status panel, noticing that Naruto’s Breathing Technique and Sage Art had reached a considerable level, and decided to directly teach Naruto the Breathing Stream Sage Art.

Due to Naruto’s foundation in Mount Myōboku Sage Art, Muzuki estimated that Naruto would be able to master the Breathing Stream Sage Art in a day or two, without wasting time.

To prevent Killer Bee from just watching, Muzuki also casually taught Killer Bee a few things.

As Muzuki expected, by the end of the morning, Naruto was able to perfectly use the Breathing Stream Sage Art.

After the afternoon, Naruto was already able to stack the Breathing Stream Sage Art with the Breathing Technique Chakra Mode.

Given Naruto’s progress, Muzuki decided to depart at noon the next day, as he still had a few things to teach that morning.

At night, Naruto, who couldn’t sleep tossing and turning, used a Shadow Clone to call Shisui and Obito out.

“Big Brother Naruto, is something wrong?” Obito asked, yawning.

Shisui also looked at Naruto with a somewhat puzzled expression.

“From Uchiha Madara, I learned some things about Itachi.” Naruto straightforwardly stated his purpose.

He thought carefully and decided that he still needed to tell Shisui and Obito about the Uchiha matter.

The main point wasn’t Uchiha Itachi, but the possibility of the Uchiha Clan attempting a coup.

“Itachi didn’t betray Konoha. Destroying the Uchiha Clan was a mission from Konoha because the Uchiha Clan wanted to stage a coup through force.”

“Itachi annihilated the Uchiha Clan to protect his younger brother Sasuke and Konoha, then disguised himself as a rogue Ninja and infiltrated the Akatsuki Organization where Uchiha Madara was.” Naruto told them all the information Uchiha Madara had given him.

Since this information was sensitive, he specifically only called Obito and Shisui, who were Uchiha Clan members.
