Chapter 278: Uchiha Shisui, the Genius Among Geniuses

Seeing that Obito had so many Uchiha actively engaging in conversation, Shisui decided to fight a match as well, to attract more people to interact with him.

The Uchiha Clan ultimately respects strength; when you are strong enough, as long as you haven’t done anything to betray the clan, everyone will respect you.

To prove his strength, he naturally had to choose an opponent who was not weak. Shisui directly ignored the Uchiha without Chunin vests and then found an Uchiha Ninja who looked to be about fourteen years old.

“Hello, Senior. I am Uchiha Shisui. I would like to challenge you,” Shisui said, stepping forward.

“Uchiha Inaho was just defeated by Uchiha Obito, who just graduated. Don’t be careless. These geniuses’ strength cannot be judged by common sense,” Uchiha Yoshizane said, feeling that Uchiha Chihiro might be in for a surprise.

“It’s different. Uchiha Obito has trained for a few more years than Shisui. How strong can a Ninja Academy student be, no matter how much of a genius he is?” Uchiha Chihiro said, shaking his head.

If Shisui were two years older, he would be cautious, but Shisui’s age was too deceptive.

“It’s not going to be like the last battle, is it? This Shisui’s genius level is too exaggerated.” Some Uchiha, seeing Shisui actually suppressing Uchiha Chihiro, a Chunin, in Taijutsu, opened their mouths in shock.

“Shisui is that strong?” Uchiha Tekka was incredibly shocked. He knew Shisui was stronger than him, but he didn’t realize he was this much stronger, actually able to suppress a Chunin. One must remember that Shisui wasn’t even seven years old yet.

Moreover, Uchiha Tekka remembered that Shisui’s Ninjutsu seemed to be a bit better than his Taijutsu. If his Taijutsu was like this, then his Ninjutsu would be even more exaggerated.

“Senior, thank you for the match,” Shisui said humbly, then helped Uchiha Chihiro up.

“I didn’t let you win. You are the most talented person I have ever seen,” Uchiha Chihiro couldn’t help but praise.

He hadn’t expected to lose this battle, but he lost gracefully. Shisui had defeated him with pure strength.

“I told you to be careful. These geniuses are always good at creating the impossible,” Uchiha Yoshizane said helplessly, patting his friend’s shoulder.

Uchiha Chihiro said nothing. He felt that even if he were to do it again, he would still make the same choice. Who could have imagined that a Ninja Academy student would have such strength? How on earth did he manage to hold back from graduating early?
