Chapter Index

    Third Planet.

At this time, in Starlight City, Rainy City, District 16, and various underground shelters, all news media were broadcasting the ultimatum video issued by Van Lo.

Panic, like a plague, quickly spread through the hearts of all the people.

Many citizens looked at the video and discussed in horror.

“The enemies have united; the Federation is in danger now.”

“I don’t understand, why are we sacrificing everything for that damn dimension stone?”

“Yeah, I don’t want to die!”

“Wouldn’t it be better if we handed over the dimension stone?”

“We can’t hand it over; if we do, humanity will lose hope.”

“Is it humanity that loses hope, or those big shots above? Don’t be silly!”

    “But the Council won’t agree!”

“Brothers, we can’t sit idly by. We should speak up and fight for a chance to survive!”

At this moment, citizens began to stand up and protest.

They were like sparks, rapidly spreading.

More and more people joined, eventually forming teams and gathering towards the Federal Government.

At the entrance of the Federal Government.

Soldiers in exoskeleton armor, holding weapons, stood in neat rows, their expressions serious and vigilant.

A vast crowd of Federal citizens walked to the entrance, holding up banners and loudly shouting their demands.

“We want to see Council President Long Bai!”

    “We want peace, not war!”

“Give up the dimension stone, give up the source of disaster!”

At this time, reporters stood in the distance, pointing their cameras at the protesting crowd, reporting with serious expressions.

“Dear sirs and madams, the ultimatum issued by Van Lo on the Star Cluster Forum has not only caused a huge impact on the Federation online. As you can see, many citizens have gathered at the entrance of the Federal Government to express their demands.”

At this moment, the virtual advertisement projection on a distant building was broadcasting an interview with the famous politician, Mr. Nanyam.

“Mr. Nanyam, what do you think about this matter?”

“In fact, we can understand everyone’s feelings. After all, the Federation has now retreated to the Third Planet, with no way out. Once defeated, we might not even have a chance to go into exile!”

“Then do you think the Federal Government should hand over the dimension stone?”

“I cannot answer that question, but I think everyone should trust the Federal Government and trust Lord Long Bai. They will definitely make the most correct choice.”

    Federal Government Building · Office.

Dragon White was bowing his head, processing the weapon applications submitted by various legions.

At this moment, a rapid sound of footsteps came, followed by the office door being pushed open, and Cloud Soft hurried in and spoke.

    “Lord Long Bai.”

    “What’s wrong?”

Dragon White raised his head to look at Cloud Soft and asked calmly.

“Something happened. The enemy’s ultimatum has caused widespread panic, and many citizens are gathering outside to protest, demanding that the Federal Government abandon the dimension stone.”

Cloud Soft said with a nervous expression.

Dragon White heard this, remained silent for a few seconds, and then asked.

“What is the situation with the various legions now?”

“The various legions haven’t had any protests. On the contrary, many people have signed a joint letter of support, wanting to fight the enemy to the death!”

Cloud Soft reported to Dragon White.

    “I understand.”

Dragon White replied in a low voice.

    2:00 PM.

    Federal Government · Dawn Hall.

The entire conference hall was in an uproar.

Dragon Dust, Faraon, Alicia, Dragon Lan, Long Shadow, Mo Xiu, Gabres, Patriarch Mokdo, Omi Germany, and many council members were all present.

Everyone gathered together, discussing the ultimatum issued by Van Lo with grim expressions.

“I really didn’t expect that their four sides would unite!”

Dragon Dust said with a terrible headache.

    “Hmph, they’re desperate!”

Faraon said with an angry expression.

“Sirs, now that they have united, our situation has become very dangerous. What should we do?”

    Omi Germany asked worriedly.

“Damn, so what if they united? If we can defeat them once, we can defeat them a second time!”

    Gabres cursed angrily.

“Lord Gabres, you can’t say that. We have no retreat now. Once we lose, the Federation will truly be destroyed!”

At this moment, Baikedi, a senior council member, said with deep concern.

“Yes, Baikedi is right. We are truly pushed to a dead end now. If you ask me, we should just hand over the item!”

    Many council members present echoed.

“Hand it over? Then wouldn’t all the people who died before have died in vain?”

    Mo Xiu said coldly.

“Lord Mo Xiu, this is unavoidable. If there was any chance of winning, we wouldn’t agree to hand it over.”

Baikedi and the others said one after another.

Just as everyone was arguing incessantly, the conference room door was pushed open.

Suddenly, the noisy council hall became quiet.

Dragon Dust and the others all turned their heads to look, only to see Dragon White walk straight in.

When everyone saw Dragon White, they all stopped arguing and returned to their seats.

Dragon White walked to the council platform, scanned everyone, and said coldly.

“Everyone is here. Then let’s begin this meeting. The main purpose of calling you here is to discuss the joint attack of Dark Star, Apocalypse, Mechanical Clan, and Kirami. Everyone can voice their opinions.”

As Dragon White’s words fell, the entire Dawn Hall became very quiet.

Everyone looked at Dragon White with heavy hearts, and the atmosphere was very oppressive.

Dragon White saw that no one was speaking, so he stood quietly and waited.

At this moment, Baikedi, a senior council member, took a deep breath, mustered his courage, stood up, and said to Dragon White.

“Lord Long Bai, I dare to say that it’s not that we are cowardly, nor that we are afraid, we have truly tried our best. But the enemy is too strong. If we were facing one enemy, two, or even three, we wouldn’t be afraid. The problem is we are facing four, and the enemies are united. We have no chance of winning like this! Instead of fighting a war that is destined to be lost, we might as well hand over the item.”

“Hmph, woman’s benevolence. Do you think everything will be fine if you hand it over? Once the dimension stone falls into their hands, our death will not be far off!”

Long Shadow strongly objected with a firm attitude.

Dragon White turned her head to look at Long Shadow, but didn’t say anything.

“Lord Long Shadow, you are right, but if we can’t even overcome the current difficulties, what future can we talk about?”

Baikedi, a senior council member, retorted.

“I think Lord Baikedi is right. Our top priority now is to survive. If it really doesn’t work, we’ll just wander and leave this universe.”

Nearly a third of the council members present supported him.

Long Shadow, seeing so many people supporting Baikedi, looked at Dragon Dust and the others with great anger.

“Aren’t you going to say something? Are you just going to stand by and watch them hand over the item?”

Dragon Dust took a deep breath, then stood up and said.

“Everyone, although the enemies have united, if it really comes to a fight, our Federation might not necessarily lose. Everyone must have confidence in the Federation!”

“Lord Long Chen, we cannot afford to lose!”

Many council members said with heavy hearts.

Faraon heard this, stood up, and said with great frustration.

“Look at how little ambition you have. You’re already cowardly before even fighting. What’s there to be afraid of? At worst, we’ll go down fighting!”

“Lord Faraon, I know you are not afraid of them, but you also have to consider the citizens of Sky Dome City. Can you really bear to see all their families destroyed and their loved ones dead?”

Baikedi, a senior council member, spoke.

    “You—”

Lord Faraon was speechless for a moment, his face turning very grim. This war had been fought to the point where almost every household in Sky Dome City had white banners hanging.

    “Enough!”

Dragon White, seeing everyone arguing endlessly and unable to come to a conclusion for a long time, said coldly.

Suddenly, everyone fell silent. All eyes turned to Dragon White, waiting for her to make a decision.

Dragon White scanned everyone, and her voice was somewhat heavy as she spoke.

“I have heard everyone’s opinions. Everyone has a point, and everyone’s original intention is for the Federation, so I don’t want you to be unhappy. However, the matter of the dimension stone concerns the rise and fall of the Federation and even all humanity, so it must be handled with utmost caution. Therefore, the meeting is suspended. Everyone go back and think carefully, and we will continue the discussion tomorrow morning!”

    “Yes!”

Everyone sighed in response to Dragon White’s words.

    “Meeting adjourned!”

Dragon White finished speaking and turned to leave.

Not long after, Xiguang Laboratory · Second Basement.

    Click!

The black wall split open, revealing a secret passage, and Dragon White, wearing a mask, walked out.

She walked straight out of the room and came to the black confinement cell where Type I Hero-class Brooklyn, Chilami, the Deputy Patriarch, was held. Then she opened a passage and walked in.

At this moment, General Kabunofa, who was on guard, saw Dragon White and said respectfully.

    “Council President Long Bai.”

“Open it. Don’t let anyone in.”

    Dragon White said coldly.

    “Yes!”

General Kabunofa immediately opened the stone door.

Dragon White walked into the dimly lit circular palace and came before the ice coffin.

She quietly looked at Dragon String inside the coffin, her purple eyes growing dimmer, and she murmured in a low voice.

“Grandpa, things have finally turned out just as you predicted. But don’t worry, Grandpa, if the Federation truly perishes because of this, then this world will have no meaning to exist.”

Dragon String in the ice coffin still lay there quietly, motionless.

The dim palace became even quieter.

At this moment, in the room.

Su Ming was lying on the bed, scrolling on his wristband, watching videos of street protests uploaded by others, his heart also very heavy.

He sighed deeply; the situation was worse than he had imagined.

Su Ming was also a little worried about Dragon White, about how much pressure she must be under at this moment.

    Thump thump ~

At this moment, a knock on the door sounded.

    “Come in.”

Su Ming came back to his senses and said.

    Creak ~

The door was pushed open, and Irelia, wearing a light blue top, a white skirt, and with light purple hair draped over her shoulders, walked in.

Su Ming was also startled when he saw Irelia and quickly sat up from the bed.

    “Why are you here?”

“I came to see you. No need to get up, just lie down properly.”

    Irelia walked towards Su Ming.

    “Okay!”

Su Ming immediately lay back down.

At this moment, Irelia walked to the bedside, but her foot directly kicked a wine bottle. She looked down.

Su Ming’s heart instantly jumped when he saw this scene.

Irelia raised her head, looking at Su Ming with a half-smile and said.

    “You’re still drinking?”

“Uh, well, there have been too many things lately, and I’ve been feeling a bit stressed, so I just had a little to relieve the pressure.”

    “Really?”

“Of course it’s true. Let’s not talk about that for now. How was the meeting?”

Su Ming quickly changed the subject and asked.

    Irelia sighed slightly and said.

“Not smooth. Now it’s divided into two factions: one advocating for handing over the dimension stone, and one unwilling to hand it over. The public is more inclined to hand it over.”

“Don’t put too much pressure on yourself, just do your best.”

Su Ming heard this and quickly comforted her.

“Mm, I know. You don’t have to worry about this either, just rest well. With me here, everything will be fine.”

Irelia slowly sat on the edge of the bed, took Su Ming’s right hand, and said with a smile.

After Su Ming heard this, he felt even worse. If he could be stronger, he wouldn’t let Irelia face such great pressure alone.

    “Alas ~”

“Don’t worry, if it really comes down to it, we’ll just wander the star sea!”

Irelia gently stroked Su Ming’s hand, smiling as she spoke.

“Okay, no matter where, I’ll be with you!”

Su Ming said sincerely to Irelia.

“Mm, then it’s a promise, no backing out.”

    “Mm.”

This time, Su Ming also took the initiative once, slowly reaching out his other hand to embrace Irelia’s slender waist.

Irelia also felt the hand around her waist and immediately showed a faint smile, saying.

“Why is your hand trembling so much?”

    “Haha, is it?”

Su Ming also tried his best to suppress his left hand, but for some reason, he just couldn’t.

    “No? Look at me.”

Irelia slowly leaned closer to Su Ming’s face, the distance between them less than three centimeters.

Suddenly, Su Ming’s heart was startled, his heart pounding like a startled deer.

    “Maybe…”

Su Ming’s words were interrupted before he could finish.

At this moment, Irelia directly kissed him, then slowly pushed Su Ming down onto the bed.

    The next morning.

Countless citizens gathered at the Federal Government entrance, waiting for the Council to discuss the final outcome.

Reporter Lin Qi reported to the camera.

“Everyone, I am now at the Federal Government entrance. The Council is currently holding its highest-level meeting to discuss the matter of the dimension stone. The outcome of this meeting, whatever it may be, will be recorded in history and become a turning point for the Federation and even the fate of humanity…”

At this time, all the citizens and soldiers of the Federation were following this meeting through various channels, and everyone silently prayed, hoping to get the result they wanted.

    Federal Government · Dawn Hall.

Dragon Dust and the others sat in their council seats, waiting for Dragon White to arrive, but she was long overdue.

    Everyone present whispered among themselves.

    “Why isn’t she here yet?”

“I don’t know, it’s already past the time.”

Just then, Dragon White walked in limping from a side door.

Immediately, the conference hall fell silent.

Dragon White walked to the council platform and said calmly.

“The meeting begins. Following up on the last topic, you may continue to elaborate on your opinions!”

At this moment, Baikedi immediately stood up and said.

“Lord Long Bai, we cannot be indecisive any longer. There isn’t much time left until the enemy’s deadline. Let’s hand over the dimension stone!”

“We cannot hand it over! My father risked his life to bring this back; how can we just hand it over?” Dragon Lan stood up, fuming.

“Dragon Lan is right,” Long Shadow chimed in. “How many people did the Federal Government sacrifice for this dimension stone? How can we give up now? Besides, so what if they’re united? We still have a chance to win. If we hand it over, we’ll have no hope left at all.”

“Lord Dragon Lan, Lord Long Shadow! Please face reality. Even if we can repel the enemy this time, what about next time? If we lose just once, it’s over. We have no more room to retreat!”

“That’s right, we can’t afford to lose!” many Council Speaker said.

“Even so, we cannot hand it over! If we cower this time, we’ll never be able to hold our heads high again. We’ll be like rats!” Faraon stood up and declared.

“Lord Faraon, backbone is important, but living is even more important.” The Council Speaker and Faraon’s group began to argue.

Dragon White, Council Speaker, quietly watched the argument, his purple eyes calm. He wasn’t surprised by the current situation.

When Su Ming first suggested using the dimension stone as bait, she knew it was impossible. No one would willingly hand it over. It was only now, with the enemy at their doorstep, that so many people were relenting.

However, even with that, nearly half of the people still disagreed.

Just then, an inconspicuous, short Council Speaker with a small mustache suddenly stood up and shouted, “Stop arguing!”

The entire meeting hall immediately fell silent. Everyone looked at Council Speaker Ye Wei, expressions of surprise on their faces.

This small Council Speaker was actually so brave?

Council Speaker Ye Wei took a deep breath, mustering his courage, and said, “Everyone, listen to me. The Federal Government is already on the edge of a cliff. We need to face reality. No matter how strong we are, we can’t defeat a united enemy. Instead of fighting them to the death, why don’t we hand over the dimension stone? This will not only resolve the crisis but also break up their alliance. They’ll definitely start fighting over the spoils, and we can just stand by and watch. When they’re fighting tooth and nail, we can step in and take it back.”

“That’s a good idea!” Baikedi, Senior Council Speaker, quickly agreed.

Dragon Dust and the others exchanged glances, their expressions constantly shifting. They were tempted!

Seeing Dragon Dust and the others waver, Long Shadow’s face darkened instantly as he said, “No, that’s too risky. What if it goes wrong?”

“Lord Long Shadow, do you have a better plan?” Council Speaker Ye Wei retorted directly.

Long Shadow’s face grew even uglier, unsure how to refute.

At this moment, City Lord Alicia calmly spoke, “I think Council Speaker Ye Wei has a point. Although there are many variables, it’s better than being trapped and dying. If we’re lucky, we can even take a gamble!”

    “Exactly!” many Council Speaker echoed.

Dragon White, Council Speaker, seeing this, spoke coldly, “Silence!”

The noisy council hall immediately fell silent, and everyone’s gaze fell upon Dragon White, Council Speaker.

Dragon White, Council Speaker, spoke in a deep voice, “The Federal Government Council upholds the principles of fairness, justice, and freedom, respecting everyone’s opinions. Therefore, I have decided to give you the choice. I now formally announce a vote on Council Speaker Ye Wei’s proposal. Those who oppose, please raise your hands!”

As Dragon White, Council Speaker’s voice fell.

Long Shadow was the first to raise his hand, stating, “I object!”

“I also object!” Dragon Lan and the others followed suit.

However, Dragon Dust and the others fell silent. They had to admit, this plan was indeed very tempting to them.

Dragon White, Council Speaker, scanned the room. Less than thirty percent of the people had raised their hands. He then addressed the crowd, “The situation is now very clear. The number of people who object is less than thirty percent. Therefore, based on the results of the general vote, I have decided to hand over the dimension stone!”

“Excellent!” Baikedi, Council Speaker, and the others said, overjoyed.

The muscles on Long Shadow’s face twitched, and his hands, placed under the chair, involuntarily clenched into fists.

Dragon Dust and the others all looked dejected. Although they said it was only temporarily handed over, once the item was given away, the probability of getting it back was virtually nil.

At this moment, Dragon White, Council Speaker, announced coldly, “By my command, the Federal Government officially announces that the dimension stone will be sent out of the Third Planet in 48 hours!”

    “Yes!” Everyone responded.

Soon, the Federal Government’s announcement appeared on the Star Cluster Forum and in various news channels.

Countless Federal Government citizens saw it, and nearly half of them cheered, “Great!”

“The Federal Government is going to hand over the dimension stone.”

“The war is going to end!”

But many citizens also angrily protested, “This is a disgrace to the Federal Government!”

“Why compromise? We are the victors!”

    “We cannot hand it over!”

    Inside Xiguang Laboratory.

Su Ming lay on the bed, resting with his eyes closed.

Suddenly, Celes appeared and called out to Su Ming, “Su Ming, Su Ming, something big has happened.”

“What is it?” Su Ming tiredly opened his eyes and looked at Celes.

“What’s wrong with you? Why do you look so bad?” Celes asked, slightly startled.

“Nothing, just a bit tired. What happened?”

“The Federal Government has compromised! They’re going to hand over the dimension stone!”

“Oh, I know.” Su Ming replied calmly.

    “Ah, that’s your reaction?”

    “What else?”

“I just don’t understand, are they really that cowardly?” Celes said, somewhat angrily.

“Why are you so angry?” Su Ming looked at Celes and asked.

Although the Federal Government was handing over the dimension stone, Su Ming knew very well that this matter was not that simple, because he understood Dragon White, Council Speaker’s temper better than anyone.

“Hmph, they spoke so righteously before, saying it was impossible to hand over the dimension stone, but in the end, they still did. If that’s the case, they might as well have given the dimension stone to Lord Isabella back then.” Celes pouted.

“Celes, some things aren’t as simple as you imagine. Also, that dimension stone is incredibly terrifying and mysterious; it’s not something ordinary people can control. If it were truly given to Lord Isabella, it might end up harming her instead.” Su Ming rationally explained to Celes.

    “Really?” Celes replied, unconvinced.

“How could it be fake? You can see it from Dragon String. He’s not weak, yet he still ended up like that, didn’t he?”

    “Alright.” Celes replied helplessly.

Inside the Divine Authority Star Central Control Room.

Van Lo, God Emperor, sat in the command chair, eyes closed, leisurely listening to soft music.

Suddenly, Edridge, Deputy Patriarch, rushed in, excitedly shouting, “Lord God Emperor, good news!”

“What good news?” Van Lo, God Emperor, abruptly opened his eyes and asked.

“The Federal Government has compromised! They’ve decided to hand over the dimension stone!” Edridge, Deputy Patriarch, quickly reported.

“What did you say? Dragon White, Council Speaker, compromised?” Upon hearing this news, Van Lo, God Emperor’s expression instead turned gloomy, without a hint of joy on his face.

“Yes, Lord God Emperor. What’s wrong with you? Isn’t this a good thing?” Edridge, Deputy Patriarch, asked, confused.

“Nothing, it’s a good thing.” Van Lo, God Emperor, quickly adjusted his emotions, revealing a brilliant smile.

In reality, Van Lo, God Emperor, was already seething with rage. He had united everyone to break through the Federal Government, so he could fish in troubled waters and seize the dimension stone.

But if the Federal Government directly handed over the dimension stone, then he would be very passive.

Thinking of this, Van Lo, God Emperor, raised his hand and waved.

A virtual interface immediately appeared, and he then sent remote communication requests to Chief Hirolog, Patriarch, Herares, Patriarch, and Dark Star Emperor.

    Swish!

The virtual images of Chief Hirolog, Patriarch, Herares, Patriarch, and Dark Star Emperor immediately appeared.

“The three of you, you should have all received the news, right?” Van Lo, God Emperor, said with a smile.

“Of course we received it!” Herares, Patriarch, replied with dignity.

“Then, what do the three of you plan to do next?” Van Lo, God Emperor, asked with interest.

“Hmph, what else can we do? From now on, it’s every man for himself. Whoever gets it, it’s theirs.” Dark Star Emperor said disdainfully.

“Every man for himself is fine, but if you really do that, you’ll fall into the Federal Government’s trap.” Van Lo, God Emperor, looked at everyone and said.

“How so?” Chief Hirolog, Patriarch, stared at Van Lo, God Emperor, and asked.

“The Federal Government handing over the dimension stone at this time is clearly trying to divide and dismantle us. Although our alliance is inherently fragile, we shouldn’t fall for it so easily, right? You should be very clear about how strong the Federal Government is now. Once we fight each other to the death over the dimension stone, they can sit back and watch us tear each other apart, and then step in to take it back. At that time, not only will we gain nothing, but we might even be annihilated by the Federal Government!” Van Lo, God Emperor, replied with a smile.

“Makes sense. So what do you suggest we do?” Herares, Patriarch, asked with dignity.

“It’s simple. After the Federal Government hands over the dimension stone, none of us should make a move. Each side sends a representative to watch the dimension stone. Then, everyone works together to severely damage the Federal Government, and only then do we contend for the dimension stone. No matter who wins or loses the contention, we won’t let the Federal Government take advantage of us!” Van Lo, God Emperor, proposed to the three.

    “Feasible!” Herares, Patriarch, agreed.

“Good!” Dark Star Emperor also did not object.

“No problem.” Chief Hirolog, Patriarch, seeing this, also agreed in a deep voice.

“Alright, then it’s settled!” Van Lo, God Emperor, replied with a smile.

Dark Star Emperor and Herares, Patriarch, then cut off communication, leaving only Chief Hirolog, Patriarch.

Van Lo, God Emperor, then respectfully stated to Chief Hirolog, Patriarch, “Lord Chief Hirolog, please rest assured! I, Van Lo, God Emperor, am your most loyal ally. After we defeat the Federal Government, I will absolutely do my best to help you acquire the dimension stone.”

“Very good! As long as I can get the dimension stone, you will not lack benefits afterwards!” Chief Hirolog, Patriarch, promised Van Lo, God Emperor.

“Thank you, Lord Chief Hirolog, Patriarch.” Van Lo, God Emperor, replied with a smile.

On the other side, after Herares, Patriarch, cut off the video, his golden flame flickered, silently pondering Van Lo, God Emperor’s proposal.

Although Van Lo, God Emperor, spoke with reason and evidence, this matter was not that simple.

His current situation was very passive. Elosatin was dead, which meant he currently had no Emperor-level combat power, and four Hero-level elders had fled. Now, the only combat power worth mentioning was Temxi. In contrast, Kirami still had two Deputy Patriarch and four elders!

Therefore, even if they truly followed Van Lo, God Emperor’s plan and successfully inflicted heavy damage on the Federal Government, his chances of winning the subsequent struggle for the dimension stone were not high!

Also, while Van Lo, God Emperor, was cunning and had his own ulterior motives, at least on the surface, he was on Kirami’s side. As for the Dark Star Empire, he had talked to Dark Star Emperor before, but that guy was completely unmoved.

Herares then pondered other strategies, and soon, a chilling smile appeared on his face.

    Starlight City.

    Inside a luxurious villa hall.

Long Shadow entered with Sinrad. He raised his hand, and all the personnel in the hall retreated.

At this moment, Sinrad said to Long Shadow, “Lord, what should we do now?”

“Damn it, I really didn’t expect Dragon White, Council Speaker and the others to compromise. If I had known this, I would have just let them fight their way in!” Long Shadow was so angry his lungs were about to explode.

“Lord, what’s done is done. We have to find a way to stop it.” Sinrad said to Long Shadow.

“Stop it? How do we stop it?” Long Shadow replied coldly.

“Then are we just going to stand by and watch them hand over the dimension stone?”

“There’s no particularly good way right now. We can only wait for Dark Star, Apocalypse, Kirami, and the Mechanical Clan to start fighting amongst themselves. Then we can seize the opportunity and see if there’s a chance to take it!”

“But Lord, even if we are lucky enough to get it, we won’t be able to keep it.” Sinrad asked respectfully.

“As long as I can get it, I’ll find a way to leave. Once I fuse with the dimension stone and become a god, I can return and control the Federal Government, eliminate all enemies, and achieve dominance!” Long Shadow’s eyes were filled with fervent ambition. He knew this was his only chance to reach the top.

“Lord is wise!” Sinrad’s eyes flashed with a glimmer of light as he replied.

“Sinrad, I’ll be relying on you next! Don’t worry, as long as I successfully ascend to power, you will be second only to me, above everyone else. Whatever you want, I will give it to you!” Long Shadow promised Sinrad.

“Thank you, Lord!” Sinrad replied very respectfully.

    Two days later.

The day the Federal Government was to hand over the dimension stone finally arrived.

These two days were the most out-of-control and chaotic days in the Federal Government’s history in terms of public opinion.

Countless citizens argued on the Star Cluster Forum, and many opposing citizens and those who supported handing it over even started fighting in the streets.

The situation spiraled out of control at one point, but ultimately, it failed to change the Federal Government Council’s decision.
